About

BUM is a publication focussing on issues of ethics in contemporary design, culture and architecture.

Each publication exists as a fixed edition of 100, printed using a Risograph Duplicator in two colours per page and individually numbered.

We want to encourage a slow experience in opposition to the fast and disposable nature of much contemporary media.

Each edition consists of work that is both analytical and propositional, including reviews, projects, artworks and critical writing. We support young and new critics and designers.
